Best Time to Visit Dubai From Pakistan: Weather, Prices and Events

Dubai's climate has two very different halves: November through March brings comfortable daytime temperatures (roughly 20–28°C), ideal for outdoor activities like desert safaris and the Global Village; May through September brings intense heat (often 40°C+), which pushes most activity indoors to malls and attractions with air conditioning.
Cooler months (Nov–Mar) are peak season, meaning higher hotel prices and busier attractions — this is also when the Dubai Shopping Festival and Global Village run, so it's genuinely the most eventful time to visit if budget allows.
For budget-conscious families, April–May and September–October offer a reasonable middle ground: temperatures are warm but manageable, and hotel prices drop noticeably from peak-season rates. Summer (June–August) offers the cheapest packages by far but is realistically only suited to travellers happy spending most of their time indoors.
Ramadan timing shifts yearly and affects Dubai differently than Pakistan — many attractions adjust hours, and daytime dining options are limited in public during fasting hours, though hotels accommodate non-fasting guests. Ask your agency for the specific Ramadan dates in the year you're travelling before finalising an itinerary.
